In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability.
We are seeking a Systems Engineering to work ACES development programs, as part of a multi-disciplinary team to produce the next generation EW systems. In this role your responsibilities would include:
  • Responsible for leading requirements maintenance, modeling, I&T and V&V for an LRU on a LCM program
  • Partner with an interdisciplinary team and I&T Thread leads to meet execution needs of the program
  • Develop common test methodologies across current and future development program across the portfolio.

Required Skills and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and 6 years industry experience or equivalent
  • Hold an Active SECRET Collateral Security Clearance
  • Experience working in on development or EMD programs
  • Experience with Electronic warfare systems

Preferred Skills and Education
  • Understanding of program schedule and cost
  • Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Proven design, analysis, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize taskings across multiple programs demands
