Job description

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS Certification required from AHA or ARC.
  • Outpatient experience required as a licensed clinician within the last 3 years. No new graduates.
  • Experience completing comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, documentation including goal writing and letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
  • Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and to participate in student training when assigned.
  • Maintain professional licensure and fulfill state-mandated continuing education requirements.
  • Preferred: Experience with functional treatment programs aimed at community reintegration and safe patient handling techniques.
Assignment Details
  • Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
  • Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
  • Duration: 13 week assignment.
  • Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
