Job description

Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Outpatient physical therapy experience as a licensed clinician within the last 3 years is required. No new graduates.
  • Experience performing comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans, goal writing, and documenting using approved formats in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
  • Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students as needed.
  • Maintain professional licensure and complete state-required continuing education.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting with functional, community-based treatment programs.

  • Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
  • Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
  • Duration: 13 week assignment.
