Top 100 AmLaw firm seeks an associate to join their Corporate Finance and Capital Markets practice group for their Boston, New York, Philadelphia or Washington, D.C. office.


The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of capital markets experience. Large law firm experience preferred. Experience representing issuers, underwriters and placement agents in public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings, including compliance with, and reporting under, the 1933 Act and 1934 Act. Permanent capital and M&A experience is helpful.
