Whether it's spinning reels, placing bets, or enabling secure payments, we turn innovation into impact through disciplined execution and longterm value creation. With a team of over 6,000 employees across 30+ countries and products delivered in more than 100 jurisdictions worldwide, we operate at scale while staying closely connected to costumers we serve. If you're ready to bring your talent to a team shaping the future of entertainment, your next big move starts here - www.igt.com.

About the Role

The Game Producer drives complex slot game projects and technical initiatives across the studio, with end to end accountability for delivery outcomes. This role requires advanced project management skills, technical fluency, and strong judgment in ambiguity.

You will guide cross functional teams through the full slot game lifecycle-from concept through regulatory approval-ensuring clarity, alignment, and intentional tradeoffs across scope, schedule, quality, and cost. You will partner closely with Designers, Artists, Engineers, Mathematicians, and QA to keep decisions moving and uphold quality at every stage during development.

Producers operate with high autonomy, anticipate issues early, and improve the workflows and practices that enable the studio to deliver high quality, commercially successful games efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is curious, organized, and confident, navigating ambiguity while driving structure, communication, and continuous improvement to fast moving work.

What You'll Do

Lead Complex Projects & Cross Functional Teams
Own delivery for multiple game projects or large initiatives with minimal oversight.
Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and milestone execution across design, engineering, art, math, and QA.
Translate creative vision and player goals into executable plans, timelines, and priorities.
Facilitate clear communication, alignment, and decision making across disciplines and stakeholders.
Identify delivery, quality, and cost risks early; propose options; and surface tradeoffs for timely decisions.
Balance quality, schedule, scope, and budget to prevent late stage surprises.
Represent production in creative and technical discussions to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.
Use strong judgment in fast changing environments-resolving issues independently and escalating when needed.

Advance Studio Workflows & Tooling

Configure and optimize Jira workflows, boards, dashboards, and automations to improve visibility and predictability.
Champion documentation, versioning, and knowledge sharing in Confluence.
Use metrics and data to inform planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
Evaluate and introduce tools (including AI assisted workflows) that reduce overhead and improve team efficiency.
Support Jira training, automation, and workflow troubleshooting across the studio.

Mentor & Develop Others

Model inclusive, collaborative behaviors that strengthen team culture and psychological safety.
Mentor producers and cross functional partners to build skill and decision making confidence.
Advocate for sustainable pace, clear priorities, and reduced rework to protect delivery quality.
Raise the capability, consistency, and credibility of the Producer discipline across the studio.

What You Bring

Experience working in the video game industry preferred.
5+ years in game production, software project management, or technical production.
Proven success leading complex, cross disciplinary, engineering heavy initiatives.
Advanced Jira and Confluence proficiency (configuration, workflows, automations).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; Scrum Master experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of game development pipelines, iteration costs, and cross discipline dependencies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills.
Ability to mentor others and elevate team practices through influence and example.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
