About the Role
Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a
Supplier SiteLead to coordinate customer supply chain operations, ensuring theefficient execution of transportation plans and suppliercommunication. This role is responsible for monitoring shipment data,scheduling transportation, managing reporting functions, andsupporting customer relationships. Your ability to work closely withinternal teams, carriers, and customers will be critical to optimizingsupply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer & Supplier Coordination - Act as the primaryliaison between customers, suppliers, and transportation teams toexecute supply chain solutions.
- Transportation Planning & Scheduling - Work withsuppliers to schedule pickup windows and transportation routes whilemaintaining delivery timelines.
- Shipment Monitoring & Issue Resolution - Managecommunications regarding missed appointments, shipment refusals, andscheduling conflicts with carriers.
- Data Management & Reporting - Maintain and update companyand client databases, tracking shipment performance andtransportation metrics.
- Compliance & Process Improvement - Follow ISO-9001quality standards, ensuring all workplace processes and reportingfunctions meet compliance requirements.
- Weekend Coverage (Rotational Basis) - Provide customersupport on a rotating weekend schedule as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in the supply chain or transportationindustry, preferably in dispatch or customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience working on-site at a customer location preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Excellent data entry accuracy and reporting skills.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinatingwith customers, suppliers, and transportation teams.
- Multitasking & Problem-Solving:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot schedulingissues, and adapt to changing priorities.
