About the Role
Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to enhance transportation operations and ensure seamlesssupplychain efficiency. In this role, you will oversee assetmanagement,enforce compliance, monitor performance metrics, andresolvelogistics challenges to drive operational success. Yourability toleverage logistics technology and mentor drivers will playa keyrole in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Management - Strategicallyoversee Class A CDLdrivers, tractors, and trailers tooptimize dispatch processes.
  • Compliance & Safety Enforcement - Ensure driveradherenceto DOT regulations, company policies, and C-TPAT bestpractices.
  • Performance Monitoring - Trackkey performance indicators(KPIs) such as on-time delivery,route adherence, and Hours ofService compliance.
  • Technology Utilization - Utilize logistics softwareincludingTMW, Peoplenet, and PCMiler for data-drivendecision-making.
  • Customer IssueResolution - Address service exceptionsandcustomerinquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Operational Efficiency & Cost Control - Developstrategies to improve asset utilization and optimize transportationcosts.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship -Supervise and mentorassigned drivers, fostering a culture ofaccountability andcontinuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement - Analyze operational data, identifyinefficiencies, and implement strategies to streamline logistics functions.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma orGED required;Associate'sor Bachelor's degree inManagement,Transportation, or relatedfieldpreferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of logistics ortransportation experience.
    • At least 2 years ofsupervisory experience required.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics managementsoftware.
    • Experience with transportation systemssuch as TMW,Peoplenet,and reporting tools.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of DOTregulations, C-TPAT compliance, and transportation bestpractices.
  • Problem-Solving &Decision-Making: Ability tomultitask,troubleshootlogistics challenges, and implementsolutionsefficiently.
  • Communication &Leadership: Exceptional interpersonalskills to coordinatewith drivers, management, and customers effectively.
