Job description

Job Title: Welder/Fitter (TIG amp; MIG)
Location: Zelienople, PA

We are seeking skilled and motivated Welders/Fitters to join our team at our Zelienople facility. If you enjoy hands-on work, collaborating with a skilled team, and take pride in creating high-quality products, this is the role for you!
What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Lay out, fit, and weld fabricated, ferrous, non-ferrous, and forged components according to blueprints or verbal instructions.
  • Operate TIG and MIG welding equipment, as well as cutting torches and plasma cutters as needed.
  • Grind, clean, and inspect welds, repairing cracks or filling holes.
  • Select appropriate materials, filler rods, and tools for each project.
  • Operate forklifts, cranes, and hoists safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following company safety policies.
  • Work collaboratively with co-workers and supervisors to meet production goals.
Skills amp; Requirements:
  • Minimum 1โ€“3 years of welding experience (TIG/MIG required).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
  • Knowledge of ferrous, non-ferrous, and forged materials.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and welding equipment.
  • Technical or Trade School diploma preferred.
  • Welding certification preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • The role requires strict adherence to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for everyone."
Shift amp; Pay:
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 11:00 PM โ€“ 7:00 AM
  • Starting rate: starting at $23.50/hour, commensurate with experience (shift differential for night shift)
