Job description

Based on the specific needs of the department at the time of appointment, a successful applicant must be qualified to teach graduate level courses. Courses may include: Curriculum Theory and Design, Classroom Environment, Projects, Readings, and Case Studies, Cognition, Motivation, and Social Skills, Topics in Education, Educational Research and Writing, and/or other related courses.
- Education requirement: Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, or related field.
- Five years of full-time teaching experience in a Pk-12 school
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, or related discipline
- Two years of full-time prior experience teaching graduate courses in Curriculum and Instruction or Educational Leadership
- Three years experience as a curriculum director, principal, assistant principal, or other school administrative position
- Experience using synchronous and asynchronous teaching technology (e.g., course management system, Zoom, video and audio recording programs)
Completing this search is contingent upon student enrollment and available funding.
Faculty may be assigned to provide instruction through distance education.
