Pay Range: $13.85-$15.12/hour (Union Position)
Status: Non-exempt, Hourly
Schedule: Flexible or consistent scheduling available; full or part-time options
Seasonal Role: Operations begin mid-May, peak in late June through mid October
Position Overview
We're hiring summer Indoor Attendants for both Spirit Mountain's Adventure & Mountain Bike Parks. This customer-facing role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, active environment and are looking for either full-time or flexible part-time work.
You'll be handling ticket sales, providing guest support, and assisting in rentals and general upkeep. Successful candidates are friendly, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales and rentals using our computer-based point-of-sale system.
  • Greet guests, answer questions in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Provide safe and accurate fitting of rental equipment (training and certification provided).
  • Educate customers on equipment usage and park/mountain safety rules.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming environment including general cleaning and occasional light maintenance.
  • Monitor inventory and cash handling with attention to detail and accountability.
  • Promote a positive, upbeat experience for guests at all times.
  • Support other departments and help onboard new seasonal staff as needed.
