    Who You Are
    Principle Auto is looking for an exceptional Loyalty Team Member to join our rapidly growing dealerships. Youare highly motivated, think quickly, and have the ability to complete tasks and projects with little to no supervision. You are dedicated to a high level of customer service over the phone and in person. You take personal responsibility with each client and their requests and are skilled in taking care of particular clients. Your verbal and written communication skills are refined and clear.

Requirements
Responsibilities of the Loyalty Team Member:
  • 60 to 100 Incoming/Outgoing calls per day.
  • Set up appointments for clients.
  • Maintain constant follow-ups with potential clients through emails and texts.
  • Be prepared to answer/research customers' questions.
  • Provide a high level of excellent customer service.
  • Ability to de-escalate situations.
  • Other responsibilities as given.

Qualifications of the Loyalty Team Member:
  • 2+ Years of Call Center Customer Service or Sales experience required.
  • Must be proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
  • Internet sales experience is a PLUS!
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Ability to work comfortably with the public.
  • Ability to provide concierge service to our clients.
  • Valid state issued Driver License and a clean driving record.
  • Required to pass a drug test and a background check.
