Job description

TEMA ISENMANN INC., a leading producer of urethane screen media and wear liners based in Lexington, Kentucky, is currently seeking a Regional Sales Representative to serve the Southeast U.S. territory. This role will support mining and aggregate operations across West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi.

Location: Remote +travel (must reside in or be willing to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia. Willing to negotiate relocation to Alabama).

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideal candidates will have a solid technical understanding of mining operations and equipment—particularly screening equipment and screening media.
  • Maintain and grow existing business within the aggregate and mining industry through an established dealer network across the assigned territory.
  • Prepare and execute strategic action plans to meet sales goals and uphold company standards for quality, productivity, and customer service.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the mining and aggregate sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers and internal team members.
  • Travel regularly throughout the region to conduct customer site visits and gather information to recommend appropriate equipment and solutions.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times and support customers through technical expertise and service excellence.
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary to support growth and customer satisfaction in the defined territory.

Qualifications

  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of the listed states within the sales territory.
  • Solid understanding of mining operations and processing plant flow.
  • Experience in mining equipment sales preferred.
  • Proficiency with computers and standard reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity.
