TEM Product Sales Specialist - Semiconductor

DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide technical leadership during customer engagements

  • Optimize TEM product positioning and value selling

  • Organize and facilitate demonstrations to ensure product value is clearly demonstrated

  • Identify solutions that address our customer high value problems

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Drive bookings acceleration and customer success across the TEM portfolio

  • Use technical expertise and consultative sales approach to identify opportunities

  • Gather VOC from the field and provid feedback to the business unit

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs

  • Use technical expertise and consultative sales approach to identify opportunities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve R&D goals

Education/Experience:

  • Masters Degree plus 6 years of technical sales experience in Semiconductor, analytical instruments, or related field
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Physics, Material Science or related scientific field

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Strong technical understanding of relevant scientific workflows and applications
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Success in consultative selling and complex sales cycles
  • Expert presentation and communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Proven relationship building and networking capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within assigned territory
  • Deep knowledge of specific product technologies and workflows as required by position
  • Experience presenting at scientific conferences and trade shows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to develop and implement territory plans
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions
  • Experience supporting and developing other team members
