Title: TEM Imaging Technician
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Hours: Thur - Sat alt Wed but only working 10 hours
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Type: Assignment with Full Benefits Package

About the Role
What You'll Be Doing:
30% TEM Metrology Data Review
  • Find jobs which are ready for CD measurements or review in OLAF task management software and/or shared point.
  • Load the images based on the job ID on GT website.
  • Review automated CD measurements to correct wrong CD measurements or manually measure CDs if automated CDs are not available based on provided SPECs and BKMs.
  • Export the data into JMP to plot trends and comparisons.
  • Understand outliers/false positive/false negative and be able to filter the data based on the job contexts.
  • Compile and send report communicating results of measurements.

70% TEM Imaging Operation
  • Find jobs that are ready for TEM imaging according to priority.
  • Load TEM samples into the TEM tool and complete TEM/STEM alignment.
  • Identify ROI based on TEM imaging plan, Layout design, and FIB image.
  • Acquire and save TEM/STEM and EDX data in accordance with the TEM Imaging Operation manual.
  • Generate the preliminary TEM report for engineering review.
  • Close the job in the system upon completion.

About You
Required Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of semiconductors process, critical dimensions, and metrology
  • Basic knowledge of TEM
  • Experience of semiconductor industry and lab experiences using imaging tools are preferred (optical microscope, SEM, TEM, etc)
