Opportunity: Senior Area Sales Manager
Serve as a strategic leader and manage accounts for a group of hotels to achieve guest satisfaction, and to solicit past and new business ensuring all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.

Essential Job Functions
  • Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values.
  • Architect and execute comprehensive sales plans to maximize revenue across all facets of the hotel portfolio.
  • Identify and penetrate new market segments while optimizing existing revenue streams.
  • Oversee account management for the area, ensuring meticulous documentation and strategic follow-through for long-term retention.
  • Manage and grow the portfolio's most critical "Tier 1" accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for executive-level client relationships.
  • Direct the integration of various departments (Revenue Management, Operations, Catering) to ensure flawless execution of large-scale accounts and group bookings.
  • Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis and leverage market trends to position the portfolio as a leader within the local and regional landscape.
  • Represent the hotel portfolio at premier industry trade shows and executive networking events, acting as a high-level ambassador for the brand.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management

Position Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related industry preferred.
  • 5 years of proven success in hospitality sales.
