To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to lead a key US account.
Responsibilities
  • Own the overall account relationship for a strategic Communications Service Provider (CSP) account, driving long-term growth, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year account growth strategy, identifying opportunities to expand LotusFlare's footprint through new products, business units, and use cases.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer executives and key stakeholders across business, technology, procurement, and operations.
  • Lead the end-to-end commercial lifecycle for account opportunities, including opportunity identification, qualification, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, contracting, and closure.
  • Partner with Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful solution delivery, customer adoption, and ongoing value realization.
  • Act as the primary commercial escalation point for the customer, proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring executive alignment.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to communicate customer feedback, influence product roadmap priorities, and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to manage contract renewals, amendments, Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Requests (CRs), Purchase Orders, and commercial governance.
  • Maintain accurate account forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and revenue projections through disciplined CRM management.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, sales, business development, or consulting within the telecommunications software industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience selling or managing telecom BSS, digital commerce, or OSS/BSS software platforms.
  • Demonstrated success managing and scaling strategic enterprise accounts, with a track record of driving revenue growth through cross-sell, upsell, and long-term customer partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the North American telecommunications market and the commercial and operational challenges faced by Communications Service Providers.
  • Experience working with one or more major North American telecom operators (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Comcast, Bell Canada, TELUS, Rogers).
  • Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders while navigating complex customer organizations.
  • Experience leading commercial negotiations, contract renewals, pricing discussions, and enterprise software agreements.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience coordinating Sales Engineering, Product Management, Delivery, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Ability to understand customer business objectives and align LotusFlare's platform capabilities and product roadmap to deliver measurable business value.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and executive engagement skills, including the ability to lead business reviews, executive workshops, product demonstrations, and RFP/RFI responses where required.
  • Highly organized, commercially driven, and able to operate independently while managing multiple strategic initiatives within a complex enterprise account.
