Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Professional Registration:Registered as a Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor (PACFA or ACA level 3) with 3+ years of experience.
  • Counselling Expertise:Proven ability in short-term counselling.
  • Clinical Skills:Experience managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger.
  • Communication Experience:Prior experience in face-to-face or telephone counselling.
  • Organizational Skills:Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency:Comfort with IT-based case management systems (training provided).
