About the Role:
Young Kidz Academy Inc is looking for passionate and dedicated Lead Teachers and Teacher Assistants for our Preschool and Elementary programs in Hollywood, FL! This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners in a nurturing and dynamic educational environment. Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool and elementary-aged children
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians
  • Implement early childhood education best practices and developmentally appropriate activities
  • Maintain classroom management and establish consistent routines and behavioral expectations
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers, assistants, and administration to support student success
  • Assist with daily activities including meals, transitions, and supervised play 
Requirements:
  • Experience working with preschool and/or elementary-aged children in a classroom or childcare setting
  • Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or relevant degree preferred
  • Must meet Florida DCF childcare staffing requirements and background screening
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for working with children
