Creative Strategist (Amazon TV & Brand Advertising) About IncubatorLab

At IncubatorLab, we partner with fast-growing brands to develop creative strategies that build awareness, strengthen brand positioning, and drive long-term growth. We're looking for a Creative Strategist with experience in brand advertising, TV/streaming creative, and programmatic display campaigns to help shape compelling campaigns across the Amazon ecosystem and beyond.

This role is not focused on direct response or performance creative. Instead, we're looking for someone who understands how to build memorable, brand-first campaigns that connect with audiences through storytelling and strategic messaging.

What You'll Do
  • Develop creative strategies for Amazon TV, streaming, and programmatic display advertising.
  • Create messaging frameworks and creative briefs that strengthen brand positioning and awareness.
  • Partner with designers, copywriters, video editors, and marketing teams to develop high-impact brand campaigns.
  • Translate audience insights into compelling creative concepts across video and display formats.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and use insights to refine messaging and creative direction.
  • Stay current on trends in brand advertising, streaming platforms, connected TV (CTV), and programmatic media.
  • Help establish best practices for brand storytelling across Amazon and other digital channels.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Brand Strategy, or Advertising Strategy.
  • Experience developing brand-awareness campaigns for consumer brands.
  • Experience working on 30-second TV, streaming, Connected TV (CTV), or online video campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or collaborating on programmatic display and TV advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, audience insights, and creative development.
  • Ability to write clear creative briefs and communicate strategic direction to creative teams.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience

We're especially interested in candidates who have experience with one or more of the following:

  • Amazon Ads (Streaming TV, Brand Ads, or DSP)
  • Amazon Prime Video advertising
  • Connected TV (CTV)
  • Programmatic Display
  • Major consumer brands (CPG, retail, technology, lifestyle, wellness)
  • Creative, branding, or advertising agencies
  • Streaming platforms such as Hulu, Roku, Disney+, YouTube TV, Peacock, or Netflix Ads
  • Cross-channel brand campaigns
