Job Title:  Marketing Solutions Coordinator - WFXT TV

Position Overview

The Marketing Solutions Coordinator serves as a key member of the sales organization, providing operational, administrative, and strategic support to help deliver integrated television and digital advertising solutions. This role partners closely with Account Executives and internal teams to support the sales process from initial proposal development through campaign execution, optimization, and reporting, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and the sales organization.

Success in this role begins with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to execution. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, supporting others, and can think on their feet while working in a sales environment where priorities may shift throughout the day. As product knowledge and experience develop, this individual will become an increasingly valuable resource in supporting integrated television and digital advertising strategies while building trusted relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Coordination & Operations

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, sales materials, and client-facing documents in support of Account Executives.
  • Complete and maintain sales orders, insertion orders, campaign documentation, revisions, and related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, creative materials, approvals, deadlines, and internal communication to support successful campaign launches.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales documentation, client information, and supporting materials.
  • Coordinate with Campaign Operations, Traffic, Creative Services, Digital Marketing Analysts, and other internal teams to ensure campaigns launch and deliver successfully.
  • Monitor project timelines, communicate updates, and proactively identify potential issues requiring attention.
  • Provide operational support across both local and national sales initiatives, contributing to a collaborative and flexible sales support environment.

Marketing Strategy & Client Support

  • Participate in client discovery meetings alongside Account Executives to better understand client objectives and marketing challenges.
  • Assist in developing integrated television and digital advertising recommendations aligned with client goals and budgets.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations and marketing recommendations.
  • Review campaign performance reports and assist in communicating results, optimization opportunities, and strategic recommendations to Account Executives and clients.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships through additional television and digital advertising solutions.
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge across CMG's television and digital advertising portfolio while serving as a knowledgeable resource for the sales organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (continued)

Collaboration & Continuous Learning

  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Campaign Operations, Performance Management, Creative Services, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Stay current on television and digital advertising products, marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to continuously learn new products, systems, and marketing concepts while expanding knowledge of integrated advertising strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, marketing, advertising, media, client service, project coordination, or a related business environment preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the willingness to participate in client-facing meetings and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, technologies, products, and business concepts quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to supporting team success and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; experience with media systems, reporting tools, or digital advertising platforms is a plus.
  • Interest in learning television and digital advertising products, campaign strategy, and integrated marketing concepts.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to continuously expand professional knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working within television, radio, digital media, advertising, or agency environments.
  • Experience supporting sales teams, coordinating projects, or managing multiple client deliverables.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising concepts, campaign reporting, marketing analytics, or integrated media planning.

The wage range for this position is $19.23 per hour - $36.06 per hour.
