Quel sera mon rôle?
Nous recherchons un(e) coordonnateur(trice) ou spécialiste en marketing numérique. Ce poste est au cœur de notre écosystème marketing, gestion des campagnes, automatisation, CRM et données marketing. Vous travaillerez étroitement avec notre directeur des revenus ainsi qu'avec les équipes Web et contenu. Vous aurez comme principales tâches:
Exécution des campagnes
  • Concevoir et exécuter des campagnes courriel et des flux de travail marketing
  • Gérer la segmentation et les listes de campagnes
  • Coordonner les contenus de campagnes et les pages d'atterrissage
  • S'assurer que le suivi des campagnes et les paramètres UTM sont correctement configurés

Automatisation marketing et CRM
  • Gérer les workflows, formulaires et automatisations HubSpot
  • Maintenir l'intégrité et la structure des données CRM
  • Gérer les étapes du cycle de vie et le routage des leads
  • Maintenir les dossiers de contacts marketing à jour

Données marketing et rapports
  • Suivre la performance des campagnes et les KPI marketing
  • Créer et maintenir des tableaux de bord marketing
  • Surveiller les métriques de conversion du tunnel de vente
  • S'assurer que l'attribution marketing est exacte

Gestion des données et des contacts

What will my role be?
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator or Specialist. This role sits at the center of our marketing ecosystem, including campaign management, marketing automation, CRM, and marketing data. You will work closely with our Revenue Director as well as the Web and Content teams. If you enjoy building systems, solving problems, and making marketing more efficient, this role is for you.
Your main tasks will include:
Campaign Execution
  • Build and execute email campaigns and marketing workflows
  • Manage segmentation and campaign lists
  • Coordinate campaign assets and landing pages
  • Ensure campaign tracking and UTM parameters are properly implemented

Marketing Automation & CRM
  • Manage HubSpot workflows, forms, and automations
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and structure
  • Manage lifecycle stages and lead routing
  • Maintain and update marketing contact records

Marketing Data & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards
  • Monitor funnel conversion metrics
  • Ensure marketing attribution accuracy

Data & Contact Management
  • Enrich contacts and companies using ZoomInfo
  • Maintain data quality through regular audits and cleanup
  • Support ABM list building and segmentation

Strategic Support
  • Act as a marketing operations partner to the Revenue Director
  • Support marketing experimentation and optimization initiatives
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing systems and processes

Do I have the desired skills and experience?
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, CRM management, or a related role
