This is a fully remote position. You will join a collaborative team of mental health professionals committed to delivering effective counseling services. Our digital platform streamlines the therapeutic process, allowing you to focus on client engagement rather than administrative tasks. • Client Engagement: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and facilitate therapeutic sessions via our secure online platform.
• Minimal Administrative Tasks: Benefit from an organized system that handles the bulk of documentation, enabling you to focus primarily on your clients.
• Flexibility: Manage your schedule according to your preferences, with opportunities to see as few as 5 clients per week or ramp up to a full caseload of over 40 hours weekly.
• Program Promotion: Engage in personalized marketing initiatives that highlight your expertise, ensuring you attract the right clients suited to your skills.

Your primary clients will be individuals seeking support for mental health challenges and substance use issues. The platform prioritizes referrals to ensure that clients are screened for stability and low acuity. You will have the ability to choose your demographic, allowing you to work with the clientele you feel most equipped to support.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a current and valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
• Zero disciplinary actions on your license, reflecting professional integrity.
• Ability to create a private and conducive workspace at home in accordance with HIPAA compliance.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

• Experience in managing your own caseload efficiently.
• Being licensed in multiple states or having dual certification is considered a valuable asset.
• A background in teletherapy or online counseling services is a plus.

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 for full-time work, complemented by a range of benefits. Upon successfully seeing your first client within two weeks of onboarding, you will receive a significant sign-on bonus. Additionally, our unique self-pay system for clients minimizes administrative burdens and paperwork.
