As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker on our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Advocating for clients by assisting them in articulating and setting their personal goals.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of a current and valid independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Clean background with no provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a client-centric approach.
• Strong computer literacy, comfortable navigating telehealth platforms and documentation systems.

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy and familiarity with online therapy tools will be beneficial.
