Primary Responsibilities: (guest interaction, orderingresponsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities,etc.)
• Answering In-Coming and In-House calls
• Taking and handlingemergency and doctor calls
• Taking and directing maintenancecalls
• Placing restrictions on and off of phones, such as Do NotDisturb
• Taking and giving wake-up calls.
• Taking Text Messages andtyping in computer.
SecondaryResponsibilities:• Able to learn all extension numbers and (1800)employees (where they work)
Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)
• All shifts- Days can vary during busy season.
