12-hour Shifts: 3:00am-3:00pm, 7:00am-7:00pm, 3:00pm-3:00am, 7:00pm-7:00am | Every 3rd weekend / Two holidays per year

Experience & Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred
- Active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN license
- Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- ACLS required within six months of hire
- A strong commitment to teamwork, learning, and exceptional patient care
Unit Description
As a Registered
Nurse on the Cardiac Telemetry Unit, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. We are a 44-bed critical care step-down unit that provides high-acuity care while maintaining a supportive and collaborative atmosphere that values teamwork, learning, and professional growth.
Our unit specializes in caring for critically ill patients requiring close monitoring and advanced nursing care. Our patient population includes those that have recently undergone heart, vascular, or lung procedures or surgeries. Common patient diagnoses include (but not limited to): Acute Coronary Syndrome, Cardiac Arrhythmia, Cardiomyopathy, Congestive Heart Failure, Hypertensive Urgency, Myocardial Infarction, Peripheral Vascular Disease, Pneumothorax, Pulmonary Embolus, Pulmonary Emphysema, Pulmonary Hypertension, and Valvular Regurgitation.
