Our accolades speak for themselves. Job Summary The Nurse Manager organizes and manages patient care functions on an ongoing basis. The individual works to enhance patient outcomes through management of human resources, staff education and monitoring of processes for continuous improvement. The Nurse Manager is a role model for excellence in quality care, customer satisfaction and quality improvement and interacts with medical staff on an informal and formal basis for the purpose of improving patient outcomes. IN AN ACUTE CARE SETTING
