Job description

We are seeking an experienced Telemarketer specializing in B2B sales to join our team.

This role involves warm leads for lead generation and proposal following up. No closing involved.

Must be able to work east coast business hours of 9-5.

This role involves managing high-volume outbound telemarketing campaigns using ACT CRM and requires flexibility in script use to effectively engage prospects. The ideal candidate will leverage a decade of telemarketing expertise to generate leads as well as follow up on outstanding proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct "cold" calling to generate B2B sales leads (these calls are "warm" leads. All prospects need our service)
  • Follow up with customers to see if they want to use our service
  • Manage and update customer databases using a CRM
  • Adhere to provided scripts with flexibility to customize messaging
  • Maintain call volume expectations of 50 to 100 calls daily
