  • Operar montacargas tipo telehandler y equipo de mediana capacidad para transportar productos de concreto prefabricado, materiales, acero y encofrados en la planta y el patio.
  • Cargar y descargar camiones, remolques y estanterรญas de almacenamiento con piezas pesadas prefabricadas y suministros.
  • Mover y posicionar grandes moldes y encofrados para uso en producciรณn y mantenimiento.
  • Apoyar en el รกrea de preparaciรณn de productos terminados de concreto para envรญo y entrega.
  • Asegurar que las cargas estรฉn correctamente equilibradas, aseguradas y trasladadas de manera segura para evitar daรฑos o lesiones.
  • Realizar inspecciones preoperativas y mantenimiento bรกsico del equipo (revisiรณn de fluidos, reabastecimiento de combustible, etc.).

Key Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will have experience as an Equipment Operator working in commercial, civil, or industrial construction environment, be familiar with basic power tools, and follow detailed instructions for the production of concrete products.
  • Operate lift, telehandler forklifts, and medium-duty equipment to transport precast concrete products, raw materials, steel, and
    formwork across the plant and yard
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and storage racks with heavy precast items and supplies
  • Move and position large forms and molds for production use and maintenance
  • Assist with staging finished concrete products for shipping and delivery
  • nsure loads are properly balanced, secured, and moved safely to prevent damage or injury
  • Conduct pre-operational inspections and perform basic equipment maintenance (fluid checks, refueling, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate movement logs and communicate with supervisors regarding load priorities
  • Work closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams to meet project timelines
  • Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies, including proper use of PPE and equipment handling
    procedures
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, including equipment storage zones
  • Maintain roadways and storage areas to ensure areas are smooth and finished

Shifts:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 7AM - 4:30PM
  • Weekends and overtime are required as needed based on production
