Job description

*Candidates must live within a commutable distance to Moon Township, PA, 15108 USA.

OBJECTIVE 

Provide courteous, prompt, and neighborly service through Video Teller Machines (VTMs), Chat, and Video Banking platforms by meeting members where they are and delivering personalized support. Handle incoming calls and financial transactions with professionalism and care, offering clear information and guidance. Build meaningful relationships by understanding each member’s unique needs and connecting them with solutions that help them achieve financial success. 

WORKING HOURS:   

Scheduled between the hours of:                

Monday-Friday:  6:45 am – 7:15 pm Rotating shifts 

Saturday:              8:45 am – 2:15 pm Rotating 

Telecommuting available after training. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Similar or related experience required
  • 1 year of experience within the financial industry experience preferred
  • Excellent member service skills
  • Experience communicating via virtual technology (Skype, Face Time, Video Conference, etc.)
  • Comfortable on camera, maintaining a friendly and professional appearance
  • Proficient computer skills, including ability to operate multiple monitors and software systems
  • Professional written communication skills
  • Ability to handle a variety of duties 
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Flexibility in workings hours
  • Dependable with a good attendance record

   

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Accurately process all types of financial transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial activities—through video sessions using the Video Teller Machine (VTM) platform.
  • Respond to member inquiries and provide tailored financial recommendations to support first‑contact resolution using Salesforce.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written, verbal, and digital communication skills, conveying information clearly and professionally across all remote collaboration tools.
  • Facilitate online membership openings and deposit product applications with accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other designated systems to document interactions, research inquiries, resolve member requests efficiently, and elevate relationships through meeting sales goals.
  • Protect member privacy by following all security, authentication, and fraud‑prevention procedures.
  • Promote Clearview’s full range of service channels—including self‑service ATMs, Digital Banking, and Claire—while also reinforcing the value of our financial centers and the Care Center to ensure members can seamlessly access the support that best fits their needs.
  • Maintain a polished, member‑focused virtual presence by ensuring a professional, distraction‑free environment, using approved branded backgrounds and attire, and demonstrating engaging body language.
  • Complete video‑banking check deposits and account‑maintenance requests, through the video banking platform, in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
  • Stay current on all credit union products, services, policies, procedures, promotions, and marketing initiatives in order to effectively educate members, increase awareness of available offerings and digital tools, and strengthen relationships that support their financial wellness.
  • Attend scheduled departmental meetings, coaching sessions, and training programs, both remote and in person, as assigned.
  • Meet established performance expectations, including call volume goals and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform additional assigned duties to support department and organizational goals. Use this wording on all of them
