Job description

Job Title: Recruiter - Ft. Worth, TX

Location: Fort Worth, TX (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly

Company Introduction

This role is with a nationally recognized staffing organization that has spent more than 30 years supporting the light-industrial and manufacturing workforce. The company is known for its high-energy culture, award-winning performance, and dedication to delivering outstanding service to clients and associates. It's a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment designed for professionals who want to build, lead, and leave a measurable impact.

This opportunity is well-suited for an experienced office or customer-service professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and wants to make a direct, daily impact on the people they place into work.

Role Overview

The Recruiter is the engine of the Fort Worth branch. You will recruit, onboard, and place associates in light-industrial and related assignments while serving as a primary point of contact for both clients and employees. The job is part recruiting, part customer service, and part logistics. Orders need to be filled quickly and accurately, associates need to show up prepared, and clients need to hear from you before they have to ask.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Staffing experience is a plus but is not required. If you have strong customer service instincts, a sense of urgency, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, you can learn the rest here.

Core Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for light-industrial and other assignments
  • Fill client job orders quickly and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Match associate skills, availability, and reliability to client needs, then confirm placements and manage assignment logistics
  • Coordinate pre-employment steps including background checks, drug screens, E-Verify, and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain ongoing communication with associates and clients to protect satisfaction and retention, including regular check-ins on new hires and active assignments
  • Address attendance, performance, and behavioral concerns in partnership with management
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems such as Avionte or similar
  • Support workers' compensation claims, incident reporting, and unemployment documentation in compliance with EEOC, OSHA, and company policy
  • Support front-office activity, including phones, walk-in applicants, and office supply/PPE needs

Required Background

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or administrative support
  • Bilingual preferred: Spanish and English
  • Valid driver's license, own vehicle, and proof of auto insurance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with an outgoing, high-contact role and a heavy phone and walk-in volume
  • Available for a rotating on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • This position is in-person; remote work and telecommuting are not available

Compensation & Perks

  • Base of $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Employer-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability coverage
  • Paid time off including vacation, personal days, and holidays
  • Cell phone reimbursement, mileage allowance, and paid travel expenses
  • Referral incentives and career advancement opportunities
