We are bringing back the power to the industry and eliminating the dependency on fossil fuels.

Lowering the rail industries main expense - energy - by more than 20%.

This is over $3B yearly just in North America.

We are already working with some of the largest global rail companies with over $50M in contingent orders.

We have raised over $30M from top tier funds and strategics and rapidly growing.

Our founding team has a proven track record in building billion $ public companies in renewable energy and infrastructure.

  • Partner with production engineering to optimize designs for manufacturing (DFM)
  • Develop schematic designs and low-speed PCB layouts for control systems
  • Design wire harnesses and cable routing for high-reliability applications
  • Implement robust communication protocols including CAN Bus, Ethernet, ModBus, and board-level protocols (I2C, SPI)
  • Design controllers and embedded systems for harsh industrial/automotive/locomotive environments
  • Conduct system and subsystem electrical testing, including automated test development
  • Integrate embedded systems and controllers with mechanical and software teams
  • Implement EMC mitigation strategies for high-voltage DC systems
  • Support embedded software integration and Linux-based system configurations

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in electrical/electronic system design (automotive, marine, industrial, or rail preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with high voltage DC systems (1500V+)
