Description:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for Home Health.
This position will work Monday through Friday, with an 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM schedule and a 30-minute lunch.
There is no on-call requirement for this role.
The average number of patients seen per day will range from 5 to 7.
The cases will primarily involve geriatric patients in a home health setting.
First-time Home Health Physical Therapists will not be accepted.
There are no weekend requirements for this position.
Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate between patient homes, excluding drive time to and from home.
Locals are accepted at the travel rate.
Candidates must possess a California License and have current BLS certification.
Experience with the HCHB and Oasis systems is necessary.
