Job description

14721 – Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (Onsite) – Austin, TX
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required:
  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Austin, TX (required);
  • Experience with full stack development using .NET Core, C#, React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (11+ years);
  • Experience with SQL Server, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning (11+ years);
  • Experience with Oracle, including data migration from legacy systems to SQL Server(11+ years);
  • Experience with Power BI, including dashboards, paginated reports, and data transformations (11+ years);
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), including app services, storage, and security (11+ years);
  • Experience transforming and migrating legacy data to support new solutions (11+ years);
  • Experience converting legacy applications to web-based solutions (11+ years);
  • Experience with accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508) (11+ years);
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools (11+ years);

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting large-scale IT systems within government or regulated environments (8+ years);
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities (8+ years);
  • Experience working in Texas state agencies, healthcare, or public sector environments (6+ years);
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Core/C#, React JS, SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI, and cloud-based platforms;
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and paginated reports to support business and operational reporting;
  • Implement cloud-based solutions and integrations using Azure, including deployment, configuration, and monitoring;
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application and production issues across the full technology stack;
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and system tests; support defect resolution and regression testing;
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and team members.
