  • Support the development of executive-level messaging, talking points, speeches, and briefing materials for external engagements across LATAM and Strategy and Transformation.
  • Serve as a trusted content partner to senior leaders by anticipating questions, stress-testing language, and ensuring consistency across executive appearances.
  • Support the communications team during high-visibility moments, including global conferences, media interviews, panels, CEO-level convenings, and strategic partnerships.
  • Translate complex topics into clear, compelling executive communications that enable leaders to communicate with confidence and authority.
  • Provide communications support for Strategy and Transformation external storytelling, including partner announcements, executive visibility at technology and industry forums, and thought leadership related to AI, digital transformation, sustainability, and innovation.
  • Lead development of foundational narratives, message frameworks, and executive points of view that can be reused and adapted over time.
  • Identify proactive storytelling opportunities that advance PepsiCo's Strategy and Transformation narrative while managing reputational and messaging risk.
  • Partner closely with LATAM communications teams to ensure alignment between global executive messaging and regional business priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Strategy and Transformation, Corporate Affairs, Sustainability, and Data and Analytics to source insights and shape content.
  • Act as a connector between global strategy narratives and regional execution.
