Job description

Overall Purpose: Responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining strategic relationships and ensuring exceptional customer experience. This role focuses on increasing product adoption and market penetration through targeted sales strategies and the execution of engaging on-site events. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact who fosters long-term partnerships and achieves sales objectives within the assigned territory.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Meet with property managers, HOA representatives or Sales Associate at their locations to form strong relationships. Develop and manage sales opportunities to meet sales targets. Plan events to drive sales of AT&T products.

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Drive early customer engagement by partnering with builders, sellers, and model homes to influence purchase decisions during community launch lifecycle

Communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc. related to proposed solutions/sales, etc.

Travel to customer premises to conduct sales activities and build client relationships

Provide subject matter expertise regarding technical issues relating to sales; advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs

Develop and coordinate local execution with internal and external partners to ensure consistent offers, messaging, and customer experience.

Monitor community performance and recommend improvements to channel strategy, promotional approach, and sales enablement efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in property management, real estate, or B2B environments.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent Organization Skills with a high level of responsiveness and follow through

Ability to organize and manage multiple on-site events.

Proficiency in CRM software and reporting tools.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.


Job Contribution: A mid-level sales representative with intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Manages small to mid-size sales with direct on-going supervision. Responsible for a small to moderate quota or territory. Utilizes company policies and exercises judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities.
