Telecommunications BIM Designer
Revit MEP • 3D Modeling • Advanced Facilities
We're looking for a Telecommunications BIM Designer to join our telecom design team and turn senior design intent into fully coordinated, clash-free 3D models and 2D construction drawings. You'll set up and manage Revit BIM models, coordinate across all design disciplines, and deliver constructable packages for semiconductor manufacturing, data centers, and advanced facility environments - all within a collaborative team of designers, engineers, and architects.
Pay: $30.00- $41.00 per hour DOE
What you'll DO
  • Set up, manage, and maintain Revit BIM models in coordination with discipline BIM leads and team members
  • Create and manage content toward fully coordinated 3D models across all design disciplines (C, S, A, M, E, P, T, I, L)
  • Produce 2D construction drawings using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Maintain design consistency in accordance with client and internal standards
  • Coordinate with designers, discipline leads, architects, and engineers to deliver clash-free models
  • Estimate hours required for design and modeling efforts based on markups and direction

What you need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of Revit BIM design experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in telecommunications systems design and construction
  • Familiarity with Navisworks and Bluebeam or similar markup software
  • Basic understanding of wiring/cabling connections between devices and equipment
  • Growing knowledge of design codes, standards, and construction specifications
  • Experience following client design and modeling standards
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Nice to have
  • 4+ years of Revit MEP design experience
  • Experience in semiconductor or advanced facility environments
  • Design experience with paging, intercom, and audio-visual systems
  • Knowledge of life safety and security systems - fire alarm, access control, CCTV
  • Familiarity with control systems, network components, and topology
