Job description

Perron Télécom est à la recherche d’un technicien ou d'une technicienne senior avec une bonne connaissance de la téléphonie IP pour soutenir notre équipe de techniciens en installation ainsi que notre clientèle. Les principales tâches sont:
  • Agir à titre de conseiller(ère) technique dans la réalisation des projets de téléphonie IP, wifi et autres.
  • Participer à toutes les phases de réalisation des projets (programmation, déploiement, formation)
  • Soutenir l’équipe dans la résolution de problèmes de nature complexe
  • Documenter l’information selon les standards de l’entreprise
  • Améliorer de façon continue les processus et les pratiques dans un souci de qualité des services offerts

  • Grandes compétences réseaux (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN)

  • Expérience avec 3CX et Panasonic sont de précieux atouts
