Job description

Telecom System Optimization

Analyze and optimize telecom system with good functional knowledge of doing customer provisioning MVNO - 5G/LTE Networks

Collaborate with cross-teams to resolve issues and improve overall system reliability. Applied deep analytical knowledge to create streamlined and effective management strategies for complex data sets and create potential solutions. Develop and document test plans for new features and updates in the 5G/LTE networks. Analyze 4G/5G protocols and perform detailed log analysis to troubleshoot and enhance network efficiency. Documented system problems, escalated appropriately, and ensured hourly updates on issues, including maintaining the Outage Board and updating Remedy tickets. Analyzed raw data and reports to provide management with insights on call and outage trends, facilitating data-driven decision-making. Design and execute experiments to evaluate new technologies and their impact on network performance. Participate in project planning and estimation, providing input on telecom and cloud-related tasks and timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues APIs, working closely with the development and operation teams.
