Description
Team Fishel , the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is hiring a Supervisor for underground telecom projects with our Special Projects team currently based in Chantilly, VA.
The Supervisor will be responsible for the safety, quality, and profitability of all the jobs in their area. They will be expected to schedule crews to meet the customer schedule and work with subcontractors as needed to handle workflow. The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience supervising underground telecom projects
  • A working understanding of contracting and accounting practices
  • Demonstrated ability to keep crews on schedule
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel extensively

Starting salary $55,000 - $120,000 / annual depending on experience.
