Job description

The Project Manager will work closely with the Vice President of Projects, Construction Managers, Superintendents, and Operations team for each project assigned. Is the main point person for the projects and oversees all communications between team members. Fully accountable for the outcomes for each assigned project.

Will facilitate the owner's needs, the design team's intent, the subcontractor/vendor needs, and assist the field team with their needs to complete the project timely while within budget. This individual is expected to have the skills set, attributes, and experience to manage multiple projects in different sectors and phases at the same time. May be required to manage multiple projects in execution and/or in proposal.

Must have the ability to manage teams, evaluate, and create opportunities for efficiency and synergy amongst the groups, typically in a larger project environment. This is a full time position that will report to the Senior Project Manager.
