Title: Telecom Project Manager

Location: Washington, DC (20032)

Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibilityย (must have CE date less than 5 years old)


Must-Haves

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with CE in the past 5 years
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager with a network and/or telecommunication
  • Knowledge in supporting facility upgrades and enhancing building operations within a classified environment



Job Description

Insight Global is partnering with a defense contractor to hire multiple TS/SCI cleared Project Managers. Daily tasks for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of classified environment buildouts (including SCIF spaces) to support secure telecom operations.
  • Manage project schedules, risks, and resources using core artifacts to ensure on-time, compliant execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams (network, infrastructure, security) to align technical requirements and system integration.
  • Serve as primary liaison to government stakeholders, driving communication, status reporting, and decision-making across governance boards.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet mission, security, and compliance standards while proactively mitigating risks in high-visibility, mission-critical environments.
