Project Manager (Engineering/Construction Support)

Location: Muskogee, OK

Pay: $65,000โ€“$70,000 DOE

Position Type: Long-Term Contract (18โ€“24 Months) with Potential Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Manager to join a growing Project Management Team supporting engineering and construction-related operations in Muskogee, OK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early-career project management experience who enjoys the administrative, financial, and coordination side of construction projects rather than primarily field-based work.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage contracts, invoices, and project documentation with a high level of accuracy. Attention to detail is critical in this role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Management Team with day-to-day project coordination and administrative functions
  • Manage and track smaller project-related contracts, including security, rentals, dumpsters, and other vendor services
  • Review, process, and manage invoices and financial documentation
  • Assist with issuing and tracking change orders
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project support
