Summary
We are seeking an experiencedProject Manager to support a large-scale healthcare transformation initiative focused on stakeholder engagement, community partnerships, and operational coordination. This role will serve as the central point of coordination for advisory councils, community events, partner engagement activities, and implementation tracking efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple organizations, community groups, and leadership teams. This position is primarily remote but requires regular in-person participation for meetings and engagement activities throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage community engagement operations and partnership activities for a large public-sector transformation initiative.
  • Coordinate advisory council meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, attendance tracking, onboarding, logistics, and follow-up communication.
  • Support statewide launches, regional engagement sessions, community roadshows, and partner-driven outreach events.
  • Maintain engagement calendars, event schedules, outreach trackers, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Coordinate with community organizations, regional partners, municipalities, healthcare organizations, and government stakeholders.
  • Track action items, decisions, commitments, deliverables, and implementation milestones across multiple workstreams.
  • Prepare meeting documentation, briefing materials, presentations, speaker logistics, and run-of-show documents.
  • Facilitate internal planning sessions and ensure readiness for public-facing engagement activities.
  • Support accessibility requirements, language access initiatives, and plain-language review of materials.
  • Maintain stakeholder contact databases, regional outreach records, engagement histories, and communication archives.
  • Develop status reports, leadership updates, meeting summaries, and operational dashboards.
  • Support compliance reporting, documentation requirements, and program accountability efforts.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Identify risks, escalation items, and operational challenges while recommending solutions and mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as a key liaison among leadership teams, community partners, and program stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of project management experience supporting complex programs or initiatives.
  • Strong experience coordinating stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting public meetings, advisory councils, community engagement initiatives, healthcare programs, government programs, or human services organizations.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects, timelines, deliverables, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation, organization, meeting management, and documentation skills.
  • Experience creating meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and executive communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing high-visibility initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
