Responsibilities
- Lead multiple large-scale IT projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committee presentations, and executive status updates.
- Ensure compliance with State PMO standards, governance, and documentation requirements.
- Track project performance using KPIs and project management tools.
- Support procurement activities, contract management, and vendor coordination.
- Mentor junior project managers and promote project management best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
