Job description


We are representing a well-established specialty contractor with several decades of experience delivering high-profile commercial projects throughout Georgia and the Southeast. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Project Manager with a general contracting background who is interested in transitioning into a specialty construction environment.

This role is ideal for a Project Manager who has worked for a commercial or interiors general contractor and is now looking to play a more influential role in a company’s growth, structure, and long-term success.


The Opportunity

This Project Manager will lead large, complex projects and serve as a key liaison with top general contractors. Beyond day-to-day project execution, this role offers the opportunity to help elevate the organization by implementing proven GC-level processes, systems, and procedures within a specialty contracting platform. Projects include high-visibility commercial buildings, hospitality, data centers, event venues, and landmark projects in Georgia.


Key Responsibilities

  • Full project ownership, including:
  • Budgets and P&L responsibility
  • Scheduling and timelines
  • Change orders and cost control
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with leading general contractors
  • Apply GC best practices to improve project execution and internal processes
  • Collaborate closely with ownership and leadership in a highly engaged, team-oriented environment
  • Maintain high standards of quality, professionalism, and accountability
