About the Role:

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within budget and on schedule. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a client-centric approach. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: 
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure project deliverables are met.
    • Effectively manage project scope and ensure changes are properly documented and approved.
  • Client Management: 
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients.
    • Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Documentation & Reporting: 
    • Draft and format project documents, including proposals, reports, specifications, and presentations.
    • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
    • Prepare and deliver project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Project Management Systems: 
    • Manage project tasks, deadlines, and resources within project management systems such as Salesforce, M-Files, Sierra Live, and other internal tools.
    • Ensure accurate and timely updates within project management systems.
  • Internal Coordination: 
    • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, consultants, inspectors, marketing) to ensure project deliverables are met.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members.
  • Overflow Support: 
    • Project Coordinators may assist with overflow work during periods of high demand.
    • Provide support to Project Coordinators with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a professional services environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management software, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
