  • Experience in Large Civil Projects: 5-8+ years of direct experience managing large civil projects with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Education: A Civil Engineering Degree is required; Professional Engineer (P. Eng) designation is preferred.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset; P.Tech certification is required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Project and Excel, advanced understanding of civil engineering concepts, and strong leadership skills. Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional time management are essential.
  • Language: Full professional proficiency in English.
