Job Summary
We are looking for a Construction Scheduling & Data Specialist to support active construction projects. This role is focused on reviewing project data, identifying priorities, and helping determine the right timing and resources needed to complete projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong data management and scheduling experience and be comfortable working with large amounts of project information. Construction or telecom experience is a plus, but not required if you have strong scheduling and data management skills.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with data management and working with large amounts of information.
  • Experience with scheduling, planning, project coordination, or project controls.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues within project data.
  • Ability to review information, understand priorities, and make appropriate scheduling decisions.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Construction, telecom, OSP, procurement, or project management experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Quickbase, P2, or similar project management/scheduling tools is a plus.
