Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a skilled Network Administrator with expertise in PaloAlto and Fortigate L2 for a 6-month onsite role. The ideal candidate will manage network infrastructure requests and support a global network while collaborating with technical and non-technical staff.
Responsibilities:
• Manage requests, changes, and incidents related to network infrastructure.
• Support and monitor the Global Network Infrastructure.
• Work collaboratively with internal customers and technical staff.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or any relevant field.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in Enterprise/Telecom Network infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred:
• Presentation skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt.
• Experience working with global teams to support IT projects.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework and infrastructure management processes.
