Job description

Telecom/Network installer
Looking for a few dedicated team member who are intermediate/expert installer in California(northern and southern) and a few in East Coast.

Familiarity with installing systems like Nortel, Genband, Ribbon, AT&T, and Verizon
minimum 3 years experiences of hardware Installation
Central office installers, Enterprise and government installers welcome.
Please apply only if you are an experienced installer, and know how to do followings

Lacing cables
Wire-wrapping - you should already know the color codes for telco wires and can wire-wrap.
Forming cables in bundles and stitching.
DC power cabling - should already know how to properly crimp, heat shrink, terminate lugs on live BDFB.
Mounting frames - Drilling, anchoring, leveling, positioning.
Your role will also involve working with a range of Data Network and Communications equipment, such as routers, switches, voice gateways, and VOIP equipment.
Your expertise will extend to managing Structured Cable Distribution Systems, patch panels, and support structures.
minimum requirements
  • Valid drivers license and safe driving record
  • 100% travel required. Must be able to travel outside of the local market and any state across the U.S., possibly for weeks at a time.
  • Must be able to work any shift
  • Ability to distinguish colors in use of color-coded cable
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and capable of working aloft
  • Ability to successfully complete required safety training
  • High School Degree or GED equivalent
  • Ability to pass drug screens and background checks
  • installation experience in telecommunications or IT field.

  • Professionally represent and protect the interest of tanicom in all interactions with customers, vendors, employees
