Network Engineer - Teams Voice
Responsibilities include:
  • Maintain a Teams Azure environment
  • Manage and maintain the mobile device fleet within the organization
  • Ensure proper configuration and security settings for mobile devices
  • Maintain and manage Audio codes and Ribbon SBC/SBA gateways
  • Maintain and Monitor SIP Trunk circuits
  • Maintain Fax servers
  • Identify and Resolve complex problems, both within a team and individually, with a focus on root cause analysis and increasing stability.

Minimum skills and experience:
  • 6+ years experience in IT , with 3 years Teams Enterprise Voice
  • Required:
    • Experience enrolling and unenrolling mobile devices
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune for MDM
    • TDM and VoIP technologies
    • Telecom circuit installation and troubleshooting (SIP,E-fax , PRI, T1, analog)
    • Teams with Voice
    • Enterprise Voice Call Routing
