Strategic Direct Solutions, LLC is looking for talented Telecom Install Technicians across in the Chicago area for contract and long-term assignments. We are looking for techs with wireless and wireline experience, installing, maintaining and testing Transport, Switching, Data, Cable Head-End and/or DC Power equipment. SDS, LLC is experiencing significant growth and we are looking for "A Players" in the telecom Industry.

We are looking for techs that have great attitudes, enjoy what they do, produce quality work and will go above and beyond to get the job done right. If you feel you fit this description keep reading the requirements below: Technician Requirements Reliable and Strong Work Ethics required. (This work is for the strong willed) Lift, push pull up to 70 lbs.

Work on Ladder or Climb into overhead to pull signal and power cables, as necessary. Ability to crimp, lug, terminate, test, stitch and lace cable (to 750 MCM or Fiber) Ability to install all types of infrastructure in Central Office, Data Center, Cable Head-End, Cell Site and/or DC Power type environments. Ability to rack, stack and secure equipment bays/cabinets.

Ability to build-out Super Structure, test, turn up all types of equipment in the above types of environment. DC Power crews needed for 2 & 12 volt battery swap outs & complete power builds Nationwide. Cell Site techs needed to install, test and turn up all types of hardware and software Nationwide.

Cable Head-End techs to work for our cable clients doing cable head-end installations, extensive structured cabling & Infrastructure (Primary Power experience a plus).
